Study: Murine nasal mucosa after intranasal interferon exposure 11358 cells

To investigate the impact of IFN-alpha on murine nasal mucosa, two mouse were treated intranasally with 200 ng of IFNa and two were treated intranasally with saline. After 12 hours, the nasal mucosa of both the respiratory and olfactory epithelium and lamina propria were isolated and prepared for Seq-Well S^3.
