The tumor models were established by subcutaneously inoculating B16 F10 cells into the right flanks of young and old mice. The single-cell transcriptomes for CD45 positive cells from isolated tumors of young and old mice were profiled. After quality control and filtering, we obtained 9,981 transcriptomes of single cells (4,606 for young mice and 5,375 for old mice) with a median of 973 genes. The cellular compositions and single-cell gene profiles of tumors from young and old mice were compared. Below is the schematic diagram of the experimental design and workflow.
