In this study, human duodenal organoids from three donors were cultured in established media conditions (Fujii, M., et al., Cell Stem Cell. 2018) with and without Xpo1 inhibitor KPT-330 (160nM) for 6 days and run on Seq-Well S^3. Samples from this study were collected from excess surgical tissue via Massachusetts General Hospital Pathology.
