In this study, murine small intestinal organoids from were cultured in established media conditions to induce Paneth cell differentiation (EGF, Noggin, R-spondin1 + CHIR99021, DAPT) from stem-cell enriched organoids with and without Xpo1 inhibitor KPT-330 (160nM) for 6 days and run on Seq-Well S^3. Samples were collected and analyzed longitudinally over the 6 day differentiation course.
