This is a demonstrated study for the BICCN Huang U19 Anatomy and Morphology Project.  This allows one to interact with transcriptomic signatures measured by a Slide-seq puck.

All beads are included in this visualization but not all were mapped to cell types (largely for QC reasons). So it may be helpful to turn off the “Unspecified” beads if focusing on mappings, while leaving them on if searching for specific gene expression

Note: Depending on if annotation or other features are shown, it may be better to view all cells or a subset of 100,000 cells. These controls are on the right in the “Explore” Tab. We recommend starting with Subsampling = “All Cells”, Annotation = “All Cell Types”.
