Description:

Single-cell RNA-sequencing data of human induced neuronal cells cultured in two different conditions either with mouse astrocytes or with differentiated human astrocytic cells. Data only contains human cells.  

Lane-1: Human embryonic stem cell (hESC) derived induced neuronal cells and mouse astrocytes co-cultured with 1:1 ratio in 3D Composite Hydrogel with 4X CRS (12.5 mM CaCl2) at 30 million cells per ml.

Lane-2: hESC derived induced neuronal cells and human astrocytic cells differentiated from hESCs co-cultured with 1:1 ratio in 3D Composite Hydrogel 4X CRS at 30 million cells per ml.
