This is a single-cell RNA sequencing dataset of 7-week-old male mouse pituitary cells prepared using the 10x Genomics 3' v2.

This is an updated UMAP projection of the published data produced by Seurat. The original publication used tSNE at the time. Barcodes in this dataset are unfiltered and projects all barcodes (cells) detected.

10x output was loaded into R followed by this command workflow:

CreateSeuratObject, NormalizeData, FindVariableFeatures, FindIntegrationAnchors, IntegrateData, ScaleData, RunPCA, RunUMAP(…, dims=1:10), FindNeighbors, FindClusters
