Primary infection dataset associated with the manuscript entitled “Primary nasal viral infection rewires the tissue-scale memory response”.

Briefly, murine nasal mucosa was split into distinct regions and processed for scRNA-seq by 10x genomics 3' v3 kit, sampling naive mice and 2, 5, 8, and 14 days post influenza A virus infection of the upper respiratory tract.
