Primary infection and rechallenge dataset of RM associated with the manuscript entitled “Primary nasal viral infection rewires the tissue-scale memory response”.

Briefly, murine respiratory nasal mucosa was processed for scRNA-seq by 10x genomics 3' v3 kit. We sampled naive mice and 2, 5, 8, 14, and 60 days post influenza A virus infection. After rechallenging with either the same strain of influenza (PR8; H1N1) or heterotypic strain (X31; H3N2) 60 days post infection, we additionally sampled 2 and 5 days post rechallenge. There are two 60 days post infection sample sets; each is connected to one rechallenge batch (i.e., PR8 or X31).
