Yumm3.3 Mouse Model Time Course


Description:
This dataset comprises single-cell transcriptomes from Mus musculus (C57BL/6 strain). Cells were derived from five donor groups of male mice (8–10 weeks old) that were subcutaneously injected with the YUMM3.3 melanoma cell line. Tumors were harvested at four time points, day 10, day 21, day 28, and day 36 post-injection, dissociated, and prepared for sequencing. Transcriptomic profiling was performed using 10x 5' technology, with all samples consisting of dissociated single cells.
