This dataset corresponds to the oligodendrocyte precursor cell (OPC) subset shown in Figure 1C of the following publication:

We extracted OPCs from the integrated single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) atlas of the mouse brain after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO), covering multiple time points (sham, day 1, day 3, day 7, and day 14). Cells were identified as OPCs based on expression of canonical markers (Pdgfra, Cspg4, Sox10, Olig2) and filtered from the full tMCAO atlas (Figure 1A).

This h5ad file includes:

• Only OPCs: Subset of cells annotated as “OPCs” (CL_0002453 – oligodendrocyte precursor cell)

• UMAP coordinates used in Figure 1C
