SnRNAseq data from pooled samples of 3 individuals each of male and female, 5- and 22-month-old wild-type UM-HET3 mice (R. Miller, Univ. of Michigan). Samples were flash frozen in dry ice and nuclei prepared by the 10X Genomics Nuclei Prep Kit. Libraries were prepared on the 10X Genomics 3' Single-cell NextGem platform by the Univ. of Michigan Advanced Genomics Core targeting 10,000 cells per sample.
