CD1D−/− and CD1D−/+ pigs were intranasally vaccinated with TX98 NS1Δ126 (H3N2) and challenged intratracheally with CO99 (H3N2) at 21 days post-vaccination. Lung cells were harvested 5 days after infection for analysis.
