Single-cell type 1 diabetes experiments performed in NOD mice in collaboration with Yoshinaga Ito, Kai Wucherpfennig, and Matan Hofree.

I analyze time-course data (6w, 10w, 18w) and knock-in data (10w WT vs 10w M98A). Matan prepared gene-cell count data in CellRanger and did pre-processing of the data in Matlab looking at housekeeping genes, mitochondrial encoded genes, ribosomal genes, and hypoxia genes. I took this data and analyzed it all together in Seurat to identify cell clusters and see how those cell clusters change in the different conditions.
