Welcome to the soon-to-be home of the Macosko mouse brain atlas, published in our bioRxiv: The cell type composition of the adult mouse brain revealed by single cell and spatial genomics.

This will store the Slide-seq spatial transcriptomics dataset, with gene expression of each bead (spatial pixel) as well as mapped single-nuclei cell types.
