Welcome to the soon-to-be home of the Macosko mouse brain atlas, published in our bioRxiv: The cell type composition of the adult mouse brain revealed by single cell and spatial genomics.

This will store the clustered single-nuclei dataset, composed of ~4.3 million (post-QC) profiles clustered into 4,998 discrete clusters.
